MILMANDA
Description
In the high lands of Milmanda, crowned by the castle which gives the name to this historic property, is where the Chardonnay finds favourable conditions for its development. Years of patient investigations have resulted in the Milmanda, a complex and harmonious combination of aromas, an elegant, noble, and of a great lineage wine.
Gastronomy
An ideal wine to accompany caviar. Also perfect with baked fish, lobster, chicken, sauces with milk and butter, and cheese soufflé.
Tasting Notes
An intense aroma with a lactic background, of ripe fruits (peach, melon, coconut...) and certain spices (cinnamon and truffle). A palate with excellent balance between the acids, a rich alcohol strength and complex density. It is very ample, complex and of various perfumes, with an evolution towards a long aftertaste.

GRANS MURALLES
Description
A red wine elaborated with a selection of old Catalan vines: Monastrell, Garnacha Tinta, Garró, Samsó, and Mazuelo, recovering the classic style of a millenary Mediterranean tradition.
Origin
It is born in a very special land, at the foot of medieval walls of the Cistercian monastery of Poblet, in slate soil (llicorella).
Gastronomy
Appropriate for accompanying meats dishes –roasted, stewed- typical of Mediterranean cuisine, with tomato and pepper sauce, or cooked with herbs and traditional spices (thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil, laurel and pepper).
Tasting notes
Very intense deep red colour with dark blue tones. An exotic and profoundly complex aroma that demonstrates the density of the wine, the incredible richness of its matter and structure. We can enjoy spiced tones (pepper, clove, thyme), and small ripe red fruits (cranberries and redcurrant) over smoky backgrounds of vanilla and incense. It is an authentic revelation to the palate, a different style that, at the same time, evokes remnants of other wines and other horizons. The wine grows when it is made lukewarm, exhibiting – after a couple of seconds- a fantastic series of tastes and remnants... The tannins, dense but sweet, give a fruity and spiced message and evolving, in the aftertaste, towards a splendid ending with a long persistence and harmony.
