   - a representative from the Barberà de la Conca agricultural Co-operative.
   - a representative from the Pira agricultural Co-operative.
   - a representative from the L'Espluga de Francolí agricultural Co-operative.
   - a representative from the vine growers of the region.
   
   Five members of the wine producing sector:
   - a representative from a bottle company: “ Carles Andreu , SL”
   - a representative from the Vine growers of Solivella agricultural Co-operative.
   - a representative from a bottle company: “ Mas Foraster”
   - a representative from the Sarral wine producing Co-operative.
   - a representative from a bottle company: “Concavins, SA”

   - a technician from the wine producing sector.
