PUIG DE SOLIVELLA. Blanco
A white dry wine, typical of theConca de Barberà Designation of Origin. Elaborated with the macabeo and parellada variety, which in the moderately warm summer climate and the harsh winter, develop to the fullest, their character, transmitting it to the wine.

Of a pale yellow colour with light green reflections, frank aromas of acid fruits that give it a balanced and harmonious result.

We recommend its consumption within the following year of the harvest and serve at a temperature of 6 - 8 ºC .

PUIG DE SOLIVELLA. Rosado
A rose wine elaborated exclusively with the Trepat variety which is typical toConca de Barberà and essential for understanding this D.O. The grapes are submitted to a short maceration process to extract their colour and aromas of the skin, obtaining this rose and dry wine.

Intense cherry rose colour with violet tones. We can distinguish fruit aromas such as peach and apricot. A very well balanced acidity, long in mouth, with a pleasing aftertaste and, in combination, the particularities of the variety.

We recommend its consumption within the following year of the harvest and serve at a temperature of 8 - 10 ºC .

PUIG DE SOLIVELLA. Tinto
This red wine comes from the coupage of theUll de llebre (Tempranillo) and Cabernet sauvignon. The grapes of both varieties are left to macerate for three weeks separately for extracting the most colour, body and aromas for the future wine.

Scarlet colour with violet tones and an intense aroma of red forest fruits, jams and menthol touches with liquorice. A good balance between acidity and alcohol level, lightly astringent in mouth and persistent at the end.

It can be preserved in optimum conditions for the following two years after the harvest. We recommend to serve at a temperature of 17- 18 ºC.
