History

The winery is the work of the modernist architect César Martinell. It can be considered one more of the “wine cathedrals” that adorns Conca de Barberà.

The building presents impressive pointed arches and it has three vessels. The turret of the water deposit, of the year 1948, constructed with bare bricks, is the is the tip of a job well done that constitutes the Rocafort wine cathedral.

Today, the co-operative has 126 members. 17 years ago the commercialisation of the “Les Tres Naus” cava began, which meant the modernisation of the co-operative, incorporating cold processing equipment, stainless steel tubs, controlled fermentation process and, later, the vacuum filter. Starting this year, we began to elaborate bottled wine, white and red, with the same brand
