FRANCOLÍ
Cabernet Sauvignon Ecològico 2002
This wine comes from vineyards organically cultivated within the
boundary limits of l'Espluga de Francolí and elaborated
in the same manner according to the Regulating Organic Agricultural
Council regulations.
It is a dry red wine made with cabernet sauvignon grapes. It
has a dark red colour with profound violet tones. With pepper
and spiced aromas typical of the variety. Intense entry, lightly
aggressive given its tannic content, a lot of structure, long
and persistent, leaving a pleasing taste of ripe red forest fruits
and menthol touches.
We suggest to drink at a temperature of 17 – 18 ºC
and combine with consistent dish.

With theull de llebre and cabernet sauvignon grapes, cultivated
at the foot of the forests in Poblet, this wine is born, after
a careful elaboration and settling in the cellars in oak barrels.
