Vino blanco Cabanal
Cabanal is a dry wine, typical of the Conca de Barberà Designation of origin. Elaborated only with the best grapes of each harvest and under a strict control of all of its vinification process.
The varieties used are macabeo and parellada that, in a harsh winter climate and a moderate summer, develop their characteristics to the fullest, transmitting them to the wine. Of a yellow colour, with light green reflections, frank, fruity and with an intense acidity, it presents balanced and harmonious sensations.
It is convenient to taste at temperatures of 6º- 8ºC, during the first year after the harvest.
Vino rosado Cabanal
From a grape with characteristics of the Trepat from the Conca de Barberà and a short maceration process to extract the colour and aromas of the grape's skin, we obtain this Cabanal rose and dry wine.
Of an intense cherry-rose colour and violet tones, bright, lively, and complex to the nose. Fruity and of a pleasing taste since its harmony between its acidity and aromatic potential results very fine to the palate; without forgetting its pleasing aftertaste.
It is convenient to taste up to 2 years after the harvest, and serve at a temperature of 8º- 10ºC to appreciate its varietal peculiarities.
Vino tinto Cabanal
A dry red wine, elaborated with the Ull de llebre variety. These grapes are macerated approximately 21 days to extract to the fullest the substances that provide colour, body and aromas to the future wine. Of an intense red colour with violet tones that show its youth, an intense red fruits of the forest aroma, marmalades and a touch of liquorice. To the taste, it has a good balance between acidity and alcoholic level, lightly astringent and persistent. .
Cava brut nature Castell de la Comanda
Elaborated with macabeo and parellada, that, year after year, are combined in optimum proportion to offer the best cava.
After settling long, for three years in the silence of a cellar, we can enjoy its qualities when tasting it. These qualities are product of the varieties of the grape, the fermentation aromas and the rhyme ageing.
The balance between its body and the complexity of its taste and aroma, give this cava charm of a long aftertaste. Its sampling is recommended at a temperature of 6º to 8ºC .
Cava brut Castell de la Comanda
Thebrut Castell de la Comanda has the style typical of its cavas. It is obtained from the macabeo and parellada. It is of a bright greenish gold colour, with an authentic cava structure and with fine and fresh qualities. Taking advantage of its youth and ripeness, we can find the virtue of its character.
All these qualities, together with floral tones, fine and light bubbles, and a sensual body, makes us feel great pleasure when tasting it. For its sampling we recommend a temperature of 9ºC.
Cava semiseco Castell de la Comanda
The macabeo and parellada varieties in perfect proportion are the base of the Castell de la Comanda cava. After settling during a year (minimum) in the darkness of the cellars, will allow us to enjoy its qualities when tasting.
The sweet wood, together with the acidity of the young cava and its fruity aromas give it a pleasing balance. The temperature recommended for its sampling is 9º -10ºC. |
