Josep Foraster Tinto Crianza 2001
Aged during 12 months in our American oak barrels and sharpened six months in the bottle, its evolution is favourable in the following 3 or 4 years. This wine comes from a coupage of 80% Cabernet sauvignon and 20% Tempranillo, with a 13.5% vol. degree of alcohol. It has an intense cherry colour, a fine but potent aroma, rich in mineral shades and balsamic tones. It is ample, balanced and persistent in the mouth. We suggest to drink this wine between16 and 18 ºC .

Josep Foraster Joven Cosecha 2003
It is a coupage of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Cabernet sauvignon. It has 12.5% vol. degree of alcohol. Of a dark cherry colour, with a potent aroma but fruity; delicious in the mouth and with fresh fruit tones. It is a young wine that can evolve in the bottle for one ore two more years. We suggest to drink this wine at16 ºC.

Proviene de una selección de las mejores uvas de nuestras viñas. El mosto ha sido macerado con sus pieles durante unos 25 días, para obtener un vino con un coupage del 85% de Cabernet Sauvignon y el 15% de Tempranillo. Tiene una crianza de 18 meses en diez barricas nuevas de roble francés y húngaro, habiendo reposado después en botella 12 meses.

El resultado es un vino con un color cereza muy intenso, aroma de larga persistencia, con notas ahumadas y varietales. En boca es redondo, potente y untuoso.

De este vino se han elaborado únicamente 2.982 botellas numeradas a mano. Recomendamos oxigenar antes de beber.
