CLAVER
CRIANÇA CABERN ET SAUVIGNON
This wine
is produced exclusively from selected grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon
variety. Fermentation is in stainless steel vats at temperatures
between 25 and 28 C, following which the wine is aged in oak barrels
for 12 months.
The result is a cherry-coloured wine of medium-high intensity,
offering a strong aroma of black fruit, varietal, with hints
of light oak. To the palate it is meaty, balanced and mature;
full-bodied, fruity and persistent.
Recommended for accompanying meat, game, ripe cheeses and foie-gras.
The optimum serving temperature is 17-19 C.
CLAVER
VIOGNIER
A white wine of character marked by the properties associated
with this grape when carefully cultivated and produced. It is
of expressive nose, offering a subtle balance of tropical fruit
aromas and hints of toasted oak, acquired during fermentation
and subsequent aging in French oak casks. To the palate it is
oily, complex, persistent and rich in fruity nuances.
A wine which is the perfect complement to fish, shellfish, patés,
cheese and poultry.
We recommend a serving temperature of 9-10 C.
CAVA
CLAVER BRUT NATURE
This extra dry cava s made from the Chardonnay variety of grape,
which gives it its special scent of white fruit, blending with
light hints of aging lent by repose in the bottle. In order to
retain the aromatic qualities of the grape, the fermentation
temperature is never more than 17 C and the traditional methods
(tirage, remuage and dégorgement) are
used throughout the production process. When served it is pale
with with a fine, slow effervescence which rises to form a coronet
on the surface of the glass.
The ideal serving temperature is between 5 and 7 C. |
