 VIOGNIER fermentado en barrica 2001
Of a bright, golden yellow colour. High intensity aroma with ripe tropical fruit tones (pineapple), white fruits (apple) and a floral remnant. A marked varietal character. In the mouth it is intense, a good structure with a fruity potency, ample, glyceric and with persistence. Vanilla and fine wood tones.
SUSEL Rosado. Pinot noir
Rose wine elaborated with the Pinot noir variety. It is a lively cherry red colour with mauve tones. Intense aroma, we can distinguish red fruits (strawberries) combined with lactic tones. In mouth it is aromatic, lightly acid, fresh and balanced, with a long and pleasing aftertaste.
Its consumption is recommended with rice, white meats, baked fish. Optimum consumption temperature: 6- 8ºC .
SUSEL Tinto joven 2003 (Cabernet sauvignon)
Maroon cherry colour of a good vine. Intense aroma with fruity tones, red fruit remnants, very varietal (pepper). In mouth it presents a good, balanced structure and rich in fruity shades (red fruits), persistent and long.
SUSEL Tinto joven 2003 (Cabernet franc/Syrah)
Intense violet-cherry colour. Concentrated aroma, black ripe fruits (blackberry), cherry preserve. It is meaty in mouth, warm, with fruity and dry tannins, glyceric and with nerve.
VINYA PLANS Tinto 2002 (Cabernet sauvignon)
Maroon cherry colour of a medium-high intensity. Intense aroma with black fruit remnants, varietal, toasted fine oak tones. Meaty in the mouth with balanced and ripe tannins, round, fruity and persistent. Wood sensations.
CAVA Brut
Pale yellow colour. Complex aromas, with marked secondary character, lactic and of toasted bread. Pleasing taste, with fruity sensations, a good harmony between sweetness and acidity, great persistence and very balanced.
CAVA Brut Nature
Yellow colour with iridescent reflections. Intense aromas of ripe fruits (ripe apple) and pastry. Ample in mouth, rich in shades, excellent acidity, very balanced, great passage throughmouth, a fine end and lightly sour.
CAVA Extra Brut
Pale yellow colour. Elegant aromas, fruity (apple) and floral, with preserve touches. Light in mouth, fine, subtle and persistent.
CAVA Brut Nature Reserva
Yellow colour with golden tones. In nose, ripe white fruit presence (pear) and tropical (pineapple). It has a good acidity in mouth, balanced, with ripe and elegant fruit remnants. Very well structured. |
