The freshness is the most important quality of the wines of the Conca de Barberà. The pink ones elaborated with the native variety Trepat give of unique personality this zone. They become prestigious targets, with a lot of freshness elaborated with Chardonnay. Macabeo and parellada varieties are both consistent and light. As for the blacks, they employ Grenache ink, tempranillo and trepat, and they are quite soft.
